1. Delivery
1.1 Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from order confirmation, provided the products are in stock.
If a product is unavailable or subject to special order, the customer will be informed accordingly regarding the revised delivery timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- courier delays;
- public holidays;
- high order volumes;
- adverse weather conditions;
- logistical or technical issues.
1.2 Delivery Methods
Products are delivered via:
- Courier, directly to the delivery address provided by the customer;
- Pickup point / locker, allowing the customer to collect the parcel from a selected pickup point.
Delivery is available within Romania, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is considered fulfilled at the moment the products are handed over to the customer or made available for pickup in the selected locker.
2. Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (natural persons).
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the products.
To exercise this right, the consumer must inform Market Connect SRL of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, using one of the following methods:

3. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the buyer must complete and submit the Return Form available on our website under the Returns section. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product in the exact same condition in which it was received.
Additionally, the parcel must include a copy of the invoice along with the fully completed Return Form. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the rejection of the return request by S.C. Market Connect SRL.
Upon submitting your return request, the product must be dispatched without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

Return Logistics:
- The direct cost of the return shipment is to be borne by the buyer.
- The client is responsible for the proper packaging of the products to ensure they are fully protected during transport.
4. Return Conditions
To ensure a seamless return process, the following requirements must be met:
- Original Presentation: The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the exact pristine condition in which it was delivered, accompanied by the fiscal invoice.
- Documentation: The parcel must include the Return Form completed in its entirety.
- Timeframe: Returns must be dispatched within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.
- Quality Inspection: All returned items will undergo a dedicated quality control assessment to ensure compliance with our house standards.
- Right of Refusal: SC MARKET CONNECT SRL reserves the right to decline any return that, following our internal inspection, does not strictly adhere to the conditions mentioned in this section and our Cancellation & Return Policy.
5. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, products must:
- Show no signs of excessive use, assembly, or damage resulting from installation/usage.
- Be returned in their complete original packaging, including all elements, accessories, and protective materials originally provided, showing no signs of wear.
Should we encounter damages, missing components, or signs of handling that exceed a simple inspection of the product, Market Connect SRL reserves the right to refuse the refund.
6. Refund of Amounts
Market Connect SRL will refund all payments received from the buyer, including initial delivery costs (where applicable), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the return is received and cleared by the quality inspection mentioned in Section 4.
The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the buyer expressly agrees to an alternative method.
