I. Scope of Warranty

  1. Secure Packaging

To prevent damage during transit, please ensure the product is securely packaged, in its original box and in an equivalent protective container. Market Connect SRL is not liable for damages incurred due to insufficient packaging during the return journey.

  • Initial Assessment: The client is responsible for the safe delivery of the product to our headquarters.
  • Resolution: If the warranty claim is deemed valid, Market Connect SRL will cover the costs of the repair/replacement and the return shipping back to your address.
  • Non-Warranty Cases: If the defect is found to be outside the scope of the legal warranty (e.g., accidental damage), our team will provide a warranty refusal and the product will be return back to your adress.
